Location, Maushop Village, it's Cape Cod! Open & airy year-round cottage is one of only a few three bedroom units in Maushop. It comes with a sun room, cathedral ceilings, and outside shower. This wonderful retreat comes with fully equipped kitchen, skylights, ceiling fans, VCR, stereo, CD player, large gated patio with gas grill, and its own private sandy beach only a min. or two away.

Enjoy privacy on your patio or the Maushop Village private beach is just seconds away. Take a short walk to the Marketplace for shopping, a quick snack, mini golf, bike rentals, or entertainment. Walk, bike or jog on one of the many New Seabury trails past the ocean, ponds, or just the tree-lined paths. A short drive leads to one of the many nearby restaurants, the Mashpee Common with 90+ shops, a movie theater, three supermarkets, or a day trip to the islands. In short, do as much or as little as you wish.
