What's better than being direct waterfront, than having spectacular, unobstructed ocean views from your living room! This adorable Nantucket-style cottage is situated on a hill overlooking the ocean and beach. Located in the renowned New Seabury resort, one of New England's premiere properties, this free-standing cottage is just steps from its own private salt water, sandy beach. Hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, open floor plan, and plenty of sunlight and windows make your stay a real treat. Large grassy area next to house allows for play time and extra space to sprawl. And did we mention the view? **This house has had brand new windows and wood blinds installed May 2006. New roof November 2007. New bathroom 2004. Recent interior and exterior painting, new bed and bath linens, and some new furniture provided as well.

The resort has numerous bike paths and jogging trails. Easy access to day trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Three miles from Mashpee Commons with fashionable shops, movie theatre, supermarkets, etc. A short walk to Popponessett Marketplace with numerous small boutique style shops, restaurants, general store and small concert stage with musical entertainment. Bask in sun on private Maushop Beach or visit the Mashpee Town Beach or State Beach nearby.
