This light-filled condo features a huge master bedroom with queen-size bed, a guest bedroom with full-size sofa-bed, a roomy open kitchen, a dining room that seats 6, and a very large living room with queen-size sofa bed, fireplace, and sliding glass doors that open on to a private, pretty, enclosed yard and brick patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Over 1150 sq ft interior; entire main floor of a 3-unit house. 2 car parking in driveway. This quiet block (Mechanic Street) is a quick walk to Commercial Street, shops and restaurants; a quick ride to the beach.
