The home sits on 3.5 acres with private pond, wrap around porch and many gardens. There is a play ground, basket ball court and horse shoe pit for at home entertainment. Less than 1 mile from Pontosac Lake beach and boat launch, approximately 15minutes from Jiminy Peak Ski Area and Alpine slide, 15 minutes from Williams College and Clarke Institute, 15 minutes from Tanglewood summer home of the Boston Symphany Orcestra, close to fine dining, golfing, shopping mall, antiquing, library, hospital and museums. Great house for multi-generation vacationing.
