Finn Farm is a charming waterfront sanctuary offering direct access to the Atlantic Ocean via the Saco River.The farm is part of a breathtaking 14-acre estate with gentle rolling fields leading to the shores of the Saco River and adjacent 95-acre land trust. For the mariner, kayak the scenic Saco River from your back door, or for larger vessels transient boat slips are available at Marston's Marina (1street away). Local beaches and State Park are minutes away. Tennis Anyone! A private clay tennis court is part of this very special offering. Bike rentals are available from owner. This spacious home has 4 generous sized bedrooms with comfortable sleeping for 8 as well as a newly renovated, fully applianced kitchen. For the golfing enthusiast, Biddeford Saco Country Club is conveniently located three minutes away. Dunegrass Golf Club (a Dan Maples designed course) is less than 10 minutes away. Other prominent golf courses such as Cape Arundel, Sable Oakes, and the Nonesuch can be found within a 20 min. radius of Finn Farm.
