Knotty pine cottage located on a large, grassy lot at the end of a private, dead end road. Spectacular view of the Rachel Carson Wildlife Sanctuary on three sides and only a short walk to a sandy beach. (Note...this property is located 120 yards from the ocean and not on Route 1...therefore, a short walk is a short walk.) A waterway from the estuary borders the property, allowing guests to launch their small boats, kayaks or canoes a stones throw from the front door. The cottage is ideal for those who place a premium on privacy, quiet, and nostalgia, but with amenities like cable TV. The cottage has a large deck and plenty of parking. (This cottage, Soleil, is featured and written about in the best-selling novel, 'Maggie May's Diary.')
