Bean and numerous outlets in Freeport, and the historic Old Port in Portland. Cultural attractions in the area include the Portland Museum of Art in downtown Portland, the Maine Maritime Museum in Bath, and the Farnsworth Museum up the coast in Rockland. At nearby Bowdoin College, Maine State Music Theater offers professional summer theater at its best. The local area has much to offer, and whether you prefer to stay active or relax in the sun at the beach, you'll enjoy your stay in these bright, breezy surroundings.
