Unique, fully equipped, spacious Russian brick kitchen with bay window. Living room with fireplace and outside door to decks. Dining room with french glass doors and piano. Sunny front sitting room, 2.5 baths, washer and dryer, 1 clothesline, lovely linens, outdoor hammock, 1 air conditioner, and an excellent location. Beaches within 10 minutes.

Reid State Park - 45 minutes away. Boothbay Harbor - 1 hour away. North Conway, NH - 1 1/2 hours away. Boston, MA - 2 hours away. Bar Harbor - 2 1/2 hours away. This is the Seacoast town of Yarmouth.
