Further details for this vacation cottage rental in Ocean Point, Maine
The kitchen was remodeled in 1974 & includes a small office nook. There is no dishwasher or garbage disposal. The dining table has leaves with seating for nine. There is no clothes washer but there is a high-tech clothes line off the back porch for drying swimming suits etc. It utilizes sun & wind power. The front porch is very spacious & is great for lunch on hot, sunny days or cocktails in the evening. Across the town road is a large private shore lot on the open ocean with trees, a grassy terrace, a sand terrace & lots of ledges, great for picnics or sunbathing. Parking available for two cars. Odds & ends: a charcoal grill. Furnishings throughout are generally antique. There is a TV & DVD but no cable (who needs it:you're on Ocean Point).
