Oceanfront cottage with stunning views of Maine’s Rocky Coast
Breathtaking views of the open ocean and a relaxing atmosphere await you in this comfortable cottage. The view is astounding, and has inspired the work of a local artist for many years. It sits atop the rocky shoreline of Indian Point of Georgetown. While here, you can access several private beaches, or travel to nearby coastal villages. If you want to unwind, you can lounge around in the house or at the picnic table on the edge of the rocks. Enjoy watching the waves, boats and waterfowl in the nature preserve that runs along the front of the property. At night, you will be relaxed by the sound of waves crashing into the rocks along the shoreline, the smell of the ocean air, and by looking at the moon reflecting on the water. The interior has a simple, rustic feel, many large windows facing the water and abundant natural light.

Amazing view! Located in the private Indian Point community within Georgetown, Me. Access to several association-owned beaches (members and guests only). Very quiet and peaceful. Not far from great seafood, Reid State Park, and outlet shopping in Freeport (+/- 40 minutes drive). A short drive from several quaint, coastal villages with beautiful homes and eclectic boutiques. Also great antiquing along U.S. Rt. 1 (to the North).
