to the water and collect sea shells or walk out onto the long wooden pier to get a closer look at the lobster boats. Kayak also available for your use. Property is within easy walking distance of the village where you can enjoy restaurants and shops. Also within walking distance of the local Oceanarium great for kids and adults.

The cottage consists of 1BR, 1 Bath, Living room, Kitchen upstairs, then 1BR, 1 Bath, Living Room, Kitchen downstairs. There are no interior stairs inside but easy access via exterior doors. Both up and down offer Living rooms with glass doors out to a deck or patio, Living rooms beautifully furnished, nicely equiped kitchens, and 1 Bedroom, 1 full bath on each floor. This cottage is ideal for two couples traveling together.

Each unit is available separately if you only want 1BR and looking to economize.

Port units are within feet of the ocean shoreline. We also have other even less expensive options available which are not right on the shore but still offer views.
