Right in the heart of Somerset! Newer home with a resort feel. Overlooking Lees Ford Marina. Close to boat ramp and Lees Ford Marina. Easy access to boat launch and room to park a boat or boat trailer. Easy access to roads only minutes from bustling Somerset. Many activities to choose from, boating, fishing, swimming, tubing, skiing, shopping, dining, horseback riding, movie theaters, mall. Take your pick most activities are within a 10 minute drive. Summer is a wonderful time in Somerset! Car cruising is popular on 3rd Saturday of the month. The newly remodeled Lees Harbor restaurant only 2 minutes from this new home. Harbor restaurant now serves alcohol and has a full bar. This is a dry county so if you plan to have cocktails and beer at home feel welcome but you must bring it with you. All new furniture in this beautiful fun home. Large deck with a great view of the marina, barbecue and karaoke are included in the rental package.

This is a brand new cedar sided home. New and modern and tastefully decorated with all new furniture and appliances. Wood floors, incredible floor plan, great view! Quiet community lots of nice street surface for those who like to walk. Lots of conveniences nearby! Sorry this is a lake home and has steps going to front door and is not wheelchair accessible. Main living is all on one level and this home has a terrific 'open' floor plan! Tall Vaulted ceilings, beautiful interior. Call for more details please. Sorry no smoking is allowed inside the home. Enjoy the deck if you need to smoke.
