Description of the Hiawassee vacation cabin rental
This beautiful cabin is located on Bearfoot Mountain in Upper Hightower area, just a few miles from Hiawassee, and about 20 minutes from Clayton. It has easy access to both Lake Chatuge and Lake Burton, and is only 25 miles from the Alpine Village of Helen. It is in a wonderful area, providing something for everyone. Hiawassee is on the Georgia wine trail, consisting of 14 wineries, 8 of which are located within 30 - 45 minutes distance. The town also boasts the largest Antique Mall in North Georgia, 5 great golf courses nearby, and is within easy driving distance to many popular tourist destinations.

Cottage is located on Bearfoot Mountain, in Upper High Tower area, just outside of Hiawassee, home to the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds and Funworld, ( an entertainment center with movie theaters, go-carts, batting cages, rock climbing, laser tag, miniature golf and more). Lake Chatuge and Lake Burton are near for all your fishing, boating and water sport activities. Brasstown Bald, the highest point in Georgia, offers breathtaking views of the area, and Brasstown Valley provides excellent golfing and gourmet dining. Only about 2 hours away from Harrah's Casino in Cherokee, NC, Dollywood Theme & Water Park iin Pigeon Forge, Biltmore Estates in Asheville, and Maggie Valley and Sapphire Valley with Winter sports available.

Refund Policy - All deposit will be returned after cabin is cleaned. We understand accidents can happen, but you will be responsible for all damages and lost items. Cancellations must be made 1 month prior to arrival for a full refund. Partial refund will be given if less than a month. Consideration will be given for new dates rebooked.
Check in is 3.00pm and checkout at 11.00am. - Pet Policy- We love all pets, but only allow neutered and declawed cats, and housebroken, small sized dogs. Pets must be caged when left alone in cabin, and should not be allowed on furniture or counter tops. There is a $25.00 per day pet charge. (A security deposit of $100.00 will also be required in case of damage)
