Description of the St Pete Beach vacation condo rental
If you love the beach and want to stay in a St Pete Beach Florida beach front condo, this may be it. Why just have a view when you can stay beach front? The living room and master bedroom overlook the beach and you have a panoramic view all the way south to Passe-Grille. The balcony off of the living room and bedroom is a perfect spot for watching dolphin, eating, reading or taking a nap. It is an absolutely spectacular view during both the day and evening. The condominium is tastefully furnished offering you all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms and more than you would expect in a vacation condo including a new 42 inch plasma television with HDTV service. We also installed free local telephone service and free high speed Internet service for our guests. St. Pete Beach offers vacations a wide variety of waters sports, volleyball, restaurants, diverse entertainment, sightseeing, deep sea fishing, shopping as well as trolley car transportation up and down the adjoining beaches. Nearby is Ft. Desoto State Park that has been rated as one of the best beaches in the United States along with nature trails and paths for cycling and skating. Within a short distance you have two major cities, St. Petersburg and Tampa that between them boast fine museums, galleries, major league baseball, national league football as well as many major tourist attractions.

- The master bedroom overlooks the beach and has a sliding door that leads onto the living room balcony. This large bedroom has a walk-in closet and master bathroom and has a new king size bed. This room has its own television. The guest bedroom also has a walk-in-closet and the second bathroom is adjacent to this room. The living room sofa bed is new and equipped with an upgraded mattress.

Notes:
Since we purchased this condo in 06 both bedrooms have new carpeting and the living room, kitchen and dining area all have new tile with matching area rugs. New dining room furniture was added in November although it is not in the photos and the condo was professionally painted this past year.
The unit is furnished with all new bed coverings along with a new sectional sofa and tables in the living room. All of the kitchen dishes and cookware are new along with new Whirlpool appliances.
There is a new 42 inch plasma television in the living room with HDTV for our guests along with high speed internet access and free local telephone service. A second TV/VCR combo is in the master bedroom.
There are three laundry facilities in the building equipped with new washers and dryers.
The fitness room is well equipped and overlooks the swimming pool and beach. It also has a television to watch to pass the time while you work out. The on site office is open daily for your convenience.
