The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, a ten-foot granite counter area with stool seating, and a family room that opens up to a 30-foot-long by nine-foot-wide gulf-front balcony. The large balcony has a glider and a cast iron table and chairs for beachside dining. The unit has a washer and dryer in a separate utility area.
We would love to have you be one of the first guests to enjoy our new gulf-front vacation retreat, tastefully decorated with high quality comfortable furnishings and appointments.
Please note that neither smoking nor pets are permitted at any time. Renters must be over 25 years of age.
Amenities:
Treasure Island is a family-friendly complex located in the exclusive Thomas Drive section of Panama City Beach and within easy walking distance of Saint Andrews Park. The Treasure Island building has four high-speed elevators with 12 units on each floor and covered parking with covered walkovers to the condominium building.
The other amenities you will enjoy include a large heated pool, kiddie pool and gazebo, sun deck, and game room.
The complex also has a work-out facility complete with treadmills, cardio machines, and free weights all overlooking the gulf!
