Welcome to your little corner of paradise! This is a brand new, fully furnished 2/2 corner unit condominium, directly on the Intracoastal Waterway, with spectacular views from either of your two 4th floor balconies! Your vacation unit is part of The Moorings at Lantana, a luxury six-story complex just completed in 2005. It sits on one of the widest portions of the Intracoastal, has a deep water marina, and numerous amenities as listed below. Your unit is in building three, which is the only building that sits directly on the waterway, and overlooks the fountain and the marina. You are also the furthest building from the road, so you can live and sleep in peace and quiet. You are only minutes from numerous restaurants, shops, and the beach. The kitchen has all new state-of-the-art appliances, granite countertops, Italian wood cabinetry, disposal, and lots of dishes, flatware, utensils, and extras.

    We purchased this 4th floor corner unit as one we would love to live in ourselves, and may someday. The view is fabulous and we feel this sets us apart from most of the other units being offered for rental.
