Description of the Marco Island vacation private home rental

A nicely decorated home with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There is a guest wing that is totally private with a separate entrance. Great room with lovely entertainment area. Pool has just been redone and has a hot tub. Wide water view on deep canal with direct access. Boat lift available. Great vacation home decorated in tropical motif. Rates calculated through the web site reservations are based on the montly rate only. Rates on the weekly rentals will be adjusted on your rental confirmation. A rental agent will call you to confirm. Season Rates: December 15th through May 1st $2200/week $4000/2 weeks $5000/3 weeks $6000/month Value Season Rates: May 1st through December 15th $1200/week $2000/2 weeks $2500/3 weeks $3000/month
