The home, located on a private street, will provide you with fond memories of Marco Island. The home features a formal living and dining area and, a spacious, inviting family room. The kitchen has been recently updated, and has new appliances, countertop and cabinets. There is a pass-thru (window) that you can use to conveniently provide drinks and snacks to guests on the lanai?without opening the slider doors! There are mexican tile floors throughout the home as well.
The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and full bath. Sliding glass doors open out to the sunny lanai.
Choice of queen bed guest bedroom or, twin bed guest bedroom. These two bedrooms share a full bath and shower. The family room has comfortable seating, and a TV with VCR.
Outside, there is a nice swimming pool, gas grille and plenty of seating. There is a boat dock too. Enjoy watching the dolphins play or the sunsets from the comfortable bench on the dock!
