This three bedroom, three and half bath villa offers beauty that is absolutely stunning, and features a large gourmet kitchen with top named appliances, granite counter tops, a large living room that offer a large balcony, dining room, and a washer & dryer
Court Yard
A captivating court yard provides a large lagoon pool with fountains, large hot tub, and a bath house.
Beach Access
St. Tropez provides private deeded access to the beach
Snow Birds are welcomed at an unbelievable monthly rate of $2,500 monthly
Montly rentals are November 01, 2007 - March 15, 2008
The first floor features a bedroom with a King size bed, laundry room, and a full bath
The second floor features the living area, gourmet kitchen, dining room, and powder room
The third floor offers a large master bedroom with a private balcony and private bath with a Jacuzzi tub, a bunk room that offers two bunk beds with a double on bottom and twin on top, and a bathroom
Turnday: Saturday.
Amenities: Beach Access Nearby, Community Swimming Pool, Final Pmt Due 30 days prior to arrival., Golf Nearby, Privatel Garage.
