Things to Do Close By: Drive or Boat over to Harpoon Hannah's One of Fenwick Islands Fabulous Restaurants, Great Food, Live Entertainment!! A Great Time!! On the other side of the bridge is Sharks Cove, Great Food but a little more expensive. At the Corner of Coastal Hwy and Rt 54 lots of things to do!! Water Slide, Put Put Golf, Race Track, Food Vendors - Pizza, Ice Cream, Cotton Candy, Fishers Pop Corn, Board Walk Fires. Antique Shop! Short Drive to Bethany Beaches on Rt 1, Short Drive to Ocean City Inlet Along Coastal Highway about 10 miles. Board walk run from the Inlet to 67th Street. Lots to do on the Board Walk, Shopping, Food, Bar's, Public Bathrooms, Video Arcades, Adult and Kid Amusement Rides. Miles and Miles of Activities, Restaurants, Marina's, Bars, Groceries, Carry Out Restaurants, Cinema Movies, Lots of Water Sports, the list goes on. If you want to do it, it is probably there to do.
Beach Access: The house is 3/4 Mile from Ocean City Beaches!! Public Parking at Beach Entrance. Bethany Beaches Approximately 5 Miles North, Rohbeth Beaches 18 miles North.
At the House: Community Amenities: Large Community Pool with Lifeguard, Lounge Chairs, Tables, Umbrella's, Child's playground across the street. Boat Ramp: Located right next to the pool, park your boat on the grassy lot across the street from the ramp. Fishing & Crabbing: Right out your front door along the bulk head, or walk to the end of the street (4 houses down) and hang out at the Community Common Grounds and Fish or Crab. A Great Time for the whole family try Line Crabbing. All you need is a Mesh Net, Sting, and Chicken Necks - Tie the bate on your string and throw it over the bulkhead. Pull up your string and you can catch a boat load of crabs and it's fun for the whole family. You'll Catch More Crabs that Using the Baited Traps...
Guest Book: We have a guest book in the house and it is full of positive comments. Among a few, all families that stayed with us Summer of 07, stated the home far exceeded their expectations. Guests thought the elevator was very helpful for family members who couldn't take the stairs. Many comments on the decor and spectacular views of the bay. Guests enjoyed sitting on the upper balcony deck and screened porch as the Sun Set. I must admit its breath taking and great fun when your vacationing with you family. Photos of the home are well done however don't give the house the service it deserves..Come book your vacation with us, you won't be disappointed. Take Care Sam & Mary Hoffman
