Cozy, oceanfront condo is just footsteps from the beach. Carefree, streamlined living. Master bedroom has ceiling fan, queen size bed and trundle bed. Open kitchen has pass through breakfast bar and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen has new energy-efficient appliances. 4 season climate control heating and a/c system (new 10/05). Living room has queen-size sofa bed. One wall of glass with slider opens onto private balcony. Conveniently located on second floor of Brandywine Building. Take the elevator or walk down one flight to the promenade level and then down to the pool area and the beautiful, privately guarded 1/2 mile beach. No ocean view, but you can hear the waves and see the sunny blue skies.
