Description of the Hot Springs vacation condo rental
Very Upscale Waterfront Condo newly built. Step onto your private patio that is just 20 steps away from the shore of Lake Hamilton. Private boat slip and launching ramp for your convenience. Boardwalk for walking or fishing. Condo has its own swimming pool! Minutes from Downtown and Oaklawn.
This is a downstairs unit with parking directly out your front door.
Enjoy this 3 bedroom and 2 baths. Each room has its own cable t.v. with its own character of class. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with its own entry onto the lake. Private bath with stone rain shower and double sinks. The Queen Bedroom is decorated in Light Houses and the Full bed with hide a bed is decorated with the theme of Purses, Shoes and Hats. Bath 2 has a 36 inch whirlpool tub and shower. The Kitchen is granite counters and stainless steel appliances including a an ice-maker and microwave. Completely equipped for your use.
We ask our guest to be families or 23 years of age.
