Ocotillo golf resort home minutes away from Intel. Includes all utilities & Free High Speed Internet.
Luxury, 3 bedroom + loft, 2.5 bath home sleeps 2-8 and overlooks the 6th & 8th fairways. Newly decorated, this house is a great golf retreat! Sit inside or outside in the hot tub and enjoy the beautiful golf course views.
First floor Master BR has a new king-size pillow top bed and private bath. Two other bedrooms are upstairs. One with a new queen-size pillow top bed and other has trundle bed that converts into queen or twin beds. All bedrooms have a golf course view. Spacious loft with TV/DVD and queen-size, pullout sofa bed. The new fully equipped kitchen has new appliances and new granite counter top opens into a great room with 32' flat screen TV.
You will have full privileges at the Troon 27 hole Ocotillo Golf course, pro shop and resort restaurant. 50% discounts on golf fees for your entire foursome every time you play. Club house is walking distance.
