This luxury condo is ideally located in the beautiful town of Fountain Hills, Arizona. The unit is within walking distance of the Fountain Hills Park, home of the world's tallest fountain. You can walk to the heart of town, shops, Safeway, Walgreen's and for some, most importantly, Starbucks. This unit is located on the 3rd floor (Building has an elevator) providing a panoramic view, including the world's tallest fountain from its private balcony. Fountain Hills is located two hours from Sedona or four-and-one-half hours from the Grand Canyon, and is two-and-one-half hours to ski resorts. There are ART Fair's in November and February, Balloon Rally in February, German Festival, St. Patrick's festival, Indian Art festival, Easter egg hunt, Concerts in the park most Sunday's during winter. Needless to say, this is a charming place to spend time in. 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky harbor Airport, Bordering Scottsdale. Also, not far from Las Vegas, NV (About 4 hrs)

Many coffee shops and restaurants by the fountain as well. The Avenue of the Fountains has many shops and is beautifully landscaped with palm trees, just a 5 minute walk away.
