From the front porch, enter a spacious home with an open dining room, kitchen and family room for a relaxing environment w/ family and friends. Granite countertops throughout & stainless steel appliances. The family room & master bedroom open to a screened porch w/ a deck extending beyond, stretching the width of the house. Beautiful views ensure a peaceful getaway. A room perfect for kids, the ground floor has a bedroom w/ a daybed and trundle, useful as 2 twins or one king, & private bathroom. Main floor has a master suite w/ a king bed & private bathroom, great for viewing the pond behind the house. 2 other bedrooms w/ queen beds & family room w/ sleeper sofa. After a busy day of sunbathing, fishing, golfing or building sandcastles, enjoy playing games/cards we've provided.

Dauphin Island is located about 3 miles off the Alabama coast in the Gulf of Mexico near Mobile Bay. There is an Estuarium showcasing local sealife, bird sanctuary, Fort Gaines historic Civil War fort, and bike path extending the width of the island. Just off the island visit beautiful Bellingrath Gardens (located on the Fowl River) or take a boat tour on the Fowl River. There are local restaurants on and just off the island, but the local bakery and ice-cream shop are favorites! Or take the ferry from Dauphin Island across Mobile Bay to Gulf Shores for shopping, outlet malls, restaurants, water parks, etc. Mobile, AL is nearby for additional activities and restaurants.

The kitchen has all the amenities and utensils for cooking wonderful home-cooked meals. There are a couple local fish places to buy fresh seafood and other goodies, just ask. There are also sippy cups and plastic plates, cups and bowls for casual use. There are 3 TVs and lots of games, puzzles and decks of cards for your enjoyment. There is a local island video store for renting movies, etc.
