Description of the Gulf Shores vacation condo rental

Our property is new with new furniture and accessories. It is located high in the Sanibel condominium complex so there is a great view of the beach and ocean and also a great view of the lagoon on the other side so you are surrounded by beautiful open views of water on both sides with the ocean in front and the lagoon and bay in the back. You are just a couple minute's from the beach. Relax and be one of the first to stay in this beautiful new unit. Call now to book with a great discount. . . but keep reading! We have a beautiful pool, sauna and health facilities located in the complex and with our elevators we have easy access. The parking is covered and cool and from there you are just a minute's walk across the street to be sitting and swimming in the beautiful waves. Also, there is swimming, boarding, fishing and some of the best gulf seafood just a couple of minutes away.

Location


Coming from IH10 on Hwy 59 you run straight into the beach. Turn right and we are on the Gulf Shores side down on your right where the traffic is best and the access to sites and great restaurants is better and faster than coming from the Florida side. You are only minutes from the Alabama/Florida border where many shopping and entertainment sites are located. Movies, go carts, boating, shopping.... Relax and enjoy as you will be very comfortable in our condo, on the beach or near by eating and shopping. It's a most enjoyable stay.
