Crystal Shores West is one of the most sought-after New buildings directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Gulf Shores. Conveniently located on less-trafficked West Beach -- fantastic options await you. Should you haul in and bunker down in your incredibly private oasis, or do you want to play? The possibilities are endless. Think about it on your over sized balcony while you stare at the Blue waters of the Gulf.
Our condo is equipped with high end luxurious linens, towels and decor--most items are from Pottery Barn or of better quality * High End Cooks Kitchen * Spices in the cupboards * Many extras designed to save you money * Access to the outdoor owners closet for your bikes or big beach items * Beach Chairs there to borrow (so you don't have pay to rent them) or haul them * High End Mattresses with to-of-the-line comforters* High Gauge Shower liners * Extra hooks in the Baths.

Gulf Shores is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the country and also some of the friendliest people. We often get people who try to compare us to Florida, but we don't like the comparison. If you want to truly relax and not sit in traffic when you're going to dinner, this is the place for you. So much for families to do. Please ask me, I live here and can recommend restaurants that the locals know get the best fish, but they don't want to share with everyone. Many great things for kids to do. We just went ice skating at the Wharf (outside in the warmth) -- it was quite fun. Check concert schedules when you get a chance. Many great things for families and couples to do within a short walking distance or driving distance.
November and December are like having the beach all to yourself and it's glorious weather wise many days. Take advantage of off peak pricing. Christmas at the beach is magical!

- We have children ourselves, so we know how important sleeping space is! Therefore, we put a full and a single in the second bedroom. Our unit will sleep seven (we have a sleeper sofa in the living room), unlike most two bedroom that only sleep 6. The master bedroom has a gulf front balcony and the second bedroom has a view of the little lagoon. Most of our furnishings and linens are from Pottery Barn, so you feel like you are stepping into one of their catalogs!

Our unit has many furnishings and linens from Pottery Barn, you feel like you are stepping into one of their catalogs! We have high end blackout curtains in the living room and master bedroom (make sure you ask all owners! You will be amazed how many do not have curtains, they are very expensive) . There are table & several chairs + chaise lounge on the balcony. Sit, drink your coffee and watch the dolphins go by! We have high speed Internet and Smart Resort cable (150 channels including all the premium ones). We have a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen fridge has a filtered water drink dispenser. Our dining room table is set for four, but can easily expand to seat 8 comfortably. There is a DVD player in the living room and in both bedrooms!
CSW has a lovely zero entry pool (great for families with young kids), game room, sauna, spa, and a gulf-front fitness center + grilling area. Owner is local so everything is attended to and in crystal clean shape!

Amenities: Ask me to see exterior photos of this beautifully and thoughtfully built and maintained building. We have a fantastic outdoor grilling area. We are across the street from Pier 33 and within walking distance of great dining. Gulf Front Fitness Center, Game Room (Foos Ball + Pool); Sauna, Nice Chaise Lounges. This property is monitored by security and we have a staffed front office. The fitness center has TV's.
