Abracadabra is a 3 bedroom 3 bath newly redecorated condo done in lively ocean colors and sea life motif. The master bedroom suite has a king bed and private bath; the second bedroom has twin beds. The third bedroom is a separate suite with separate entrance, a queen bed, private bath and TV-Monitor/VCR.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, including new refrigerator, 2 coffee makers, blender, microwave, and toaster. The living room has a 32? TV, Satellite, VCR, DVD player, AM/FM/CD player, and fireplace (bring own wood or fire logs). On the ocean side patio is a built-in charcoal barbecue, (bring own charcoal) patio furniture, and gated beach access. Other features include central A/C, a large patio in the back, and use of the garage. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and one Small dog ok. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June and October and all Holidays.
