Photos and Description of the San Miguel de Allende vacation house rental

Located on Calle Animas just a half a block from the main food market and is a five minute walk to the jardin (main square). Main house has a large spacious living area (40'x30'=1200 square feet approximately) and includes a living room with large fireplace (gas), dining area, kitchen, breakfast nook, day bed (double), TV viewing area and a sofa bed. Lots of light. Long flowing curtains from ceiling to floor to close at night or nap time to give more privacy. Main downstairs bathroom includes shower, well lighted mirror, and large walk-in closet. There is a bedroom upstairs with a king size bed (can be configured to have two twin beds) and has it's own bathroom and closet. The second bedroom, known as the cabaña, is across the patio and has a queen size bed, armoire and it's own bathroom. All total can sleep up to six people.

San Miguel de Allende has a Film Festival in July and a Jazz Festival in November. September is the month of Mexican Independence Day (Sept 15th) and Pamplonada (running of the bulls) and San Miguel Alborada. There are many hot springs just minutes from town with many healing water properties. The town is over 450 years old and is the seat of the Mexican Independence. There are historic tours and museums to bring the culture of San Miguel to life. The town itself is a photogapher dream. There are two schools to take art classes and there are many schools to take Spanish classes as well.

Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in San Miguel de Allende, Central Mexico / Colonial Circuit

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • All rentals require a security deposit of $200.00
  • VISA and Master Card accepted. There is a $20.00 administration fee for all credit card transactions.
    Deposits will be refunded at the sole discretion of the owner after we have reviewed the house from during your stay. All short term rentals (3 weeks or less) shall pay in full to guarantee reservation. 1 month or more shall pay half the rent and sec deposit upon making the reservation and the balance to be paid 45 days before start date of rental period. If you cancel with more than 45 days before your start dates you will receive 50% of your rent deposit. If you cancel with less than 45 days before your start dates you forfeit all rents and deposits.
    Use of telephone requires a deposit of $250.00. Pet deposits are $200.00. Only one small dog or cat allowed.
  • Front house is not available.

Notes: There is a telephone for local calls available and requires a deposit of $250.00 usd to use. Only one small dog or cat allowed and pet deposit of $200.00 is required. Smoking is allowed on the patios but not in the house. Children under 7 are not charged a weekly or monthly rate. There are some open stairs (no railings) going up to the roof so we recommend not letting children up there unsupervised.
