General: This studio apartment was built in 2005 and is a great value place to stay in Playas del Coco. Situated in a development of vacation villas and houses that benefit from security services and the amenities of the development. There is a high speed Internet cafe, restaurant and mini store within easy walking distance. There are two pools that can be used and the beach is only 300 yards away. Daily maid service for basic housekeeping can be arranged. The town centre of Coco is less than a mile away with restaurants, bars, shops, post office and bank. The owner lives nearby and will help you with transport and information if you require.
