Description of the Pender Island vacation house rental
The south facing heritage farmhouse is located on the ocean front of Camp Bay. The wrap around veranda and manicured orchard/lawn surrounding the house are ideal for family fun. The restored farmhouse was built in 1919 and is on a property of 120 acres of rural meadow & forests. The 1 km of beach front is completely private with no public access. The beach has a sandy swimming area plus many tidal pools and rocky outcrops for exploring. The bay is home to a population of seals, otters, resident eagles and turkey vultures as well as a few friendly peacocks. South Pender Island is located on the Southern Gulf Islands between Tsawwassen and Sidney. Relax on a B.C. ferry to Pender Island.

You will find the grocery store and other specialty shops here. Explore the galleries, cafes & farmers market along with the summer events that make our island charming and memorable.
