Description of the Mill Bay vacation house rental
Located on 1 acre of private property with spectacular views looking east to Saanich Peninsula, Saltspring Island and Mount Baker. Low bank access to beach. Pebble beach has a gentle slope and is safe for swimming and boating. Relax and enjoy the spectacular ocean view from the large hot tub. The house is equipped with a new environmentally sensitive Geo Therm heating and air conditioning system as well as a high speed wireless computer network. Bakerview was completely renovated in 2007 - hardwood floors throughout, gourmet kitchen with granite counters, heated tile floors in kitchen and bathroom.
Gazebo is privately located overlooking the beach - a great place from which to watch eagles, herons, swans, seals and whales. All major rooms overlook the ocean. Mill Bay village 1 block, Brentwood College School 1 block, Victoria 35 minutes, Duncan 20 minutes and Butchart Gardens 35 minutes by scenic Mill Bay Ferry.
