Description of the Ocean City vacation house rental
Completely rehabbed in 2006! Stylish decor and comfortable furnishings await you, a home away from home. This is a duplex house. Come and enjoy your vacation! Includes: 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, central air conditioning, full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and stove, washer and dryer, dining table, living room with sleeper sofa, TV in all rooms, DVD, high speed wireless Internet access, and a screened in porch to relax on. Conveniently located just off of 87th Street on Caribbean Drive. Close to shopping, dining, and activities. A quick walk to the beach, just 3 short blocks. Park right in the driveway. This is a non-smoking property. Sorry, no pets allowed. This is not a Senior week property. We only rent to those 25 years and older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. A Saturday to Saturday rental June through August. Mini-weeks available in off-season.
